DISTANCE
4KM OR 10KM WALK. The course is not certified but is measured with a Garmin GPS at each kilometre.

TOILETS/CHANGE ROOMS
Toilets and change rooms are available at Blacktown Olympic Park. There are toilets also at Nurragingy Reserve.

COURSE
Course map available soon on this page. Generally the course covers Blacktown Olympic Park Athletics Track, AFL Oval, Charlie Bali Reserve and Nurragingy Reserve as well as parts of the Western Sydney Parklands.

DRINK STATIONS
The are 3 drink stations for the 10km course and 1 drink station for the 4km course. Water and Sports Drink is provided on 10km course and water only for 4km course.

RACE PACKS
Entrants will receive their timing chip and race number on the day from 7.30am at the athletics track.

PARKING
Free car parking within Blacktown Olympic Park.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The nearest railway station is Rooty Hill (1km) approximate distance.

FIRST AID
St Johns Ambulance will provide first aid services for the duration of event.

LATE ENTRIES
Late entries are open from 7.30am on the day and up until 10 minutes prior to your race start. There are no late entry fees on the day.

RUNNERS BAGGAGE
There is a runners baggage area at the track under the tent. Plastic bags are provided. Please no valuables.

ONLINE ENTRIES/HARD COPY ENTRIES
Online entries will close at 12noon on Friday 20 May 2011. Hard copy entries will be open on race day from 7.30am.

10KM & 4KM WALK AGE/AWARD CATEGORIES
Prizes and awards will be presented only to 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in the open age category.

• Category 1: 10km Walk (Open Male)
• Category 2: 10km Walk (Open Female)
• Category 3: 4km Walk (Open Male)
• Category 4: 4km Walk (Open Female)

TEAMS
The following categories will be presented on race day. Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

• Open Male10km Walk (Min 3. No maximum number) 1st, 2nd and 3rd decide places).
• Open Female 10km Walk (Min. 3. No maximum number) 1st, 2nd and 3rd decide places).
• Open Male 4km Walk (Min. 3. No maximum number) 1st, 2nd and 3rd decide places).
• Open Female 4km Walk (Min. 3. No maximum number) 1st, 2nd and 3rd decide places).

No late team entries. Please email race organiser by Friday 20 May 2011 if you want to enter a team in the walk.

FINISHER REWARDS
All entrants will receive finishers medallion and certificate after your run on the day. Your timing chip must be returned at the tent/marquee to receive your finishers medal.

PRESENTATIONS
Presentations will start on stage at Blacktown Olympic Park at approximately 10.30am.

FOOD & REFRESHMENTS
BBQ food and refreshments will be available at Blacktown Olympic Park from 7.00am until 11.00am.
