DISTANCE
4KM. The course is not certified but is measured with a Garmin GPS at each kilometre.

TOILETS/CHANGE ROOMS
Toilets and change rooms are available at Blacktown Olympic Park. There are toilets also at Nurragingy Reserve.

COURSE
Course map available soon on this page. Generally the course covers Blacktown Olympic Park Athletics Track, AFL Oval, Charlie Bali Reserve and Nurragingy Reserve as well as parts of the Western Sydney Parklands.

DRINK STATIONS
The are 2 drink stations for the 4km course. Only water is provided.

RACE PACKS
Your race pack which includes timing chip and race number will be collected on race day at the track from 7.30am.

PARKING
Free car parking within Blacktown Olympic Park.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The nearest railway station is Rooty Hill (1km) approximate distance.

FIRST AID
St Johns Ambulance will provide first aid services for the duration of event.

LATE ENTRIES
Late entries are open from 7.30am on the day and up until 8.50am. There are no late entry fees on the day.

RUNNERS BAGGAGE
There is a runners baggage area at the track under the tent. Plastic bags are provided. Please no valuables.

ONLINE ENTRIES/HARD COPY ENTRIES
Online entries will close at 12noon on Friday 20 May 2011. Hard copy entries will be open on race day from 7.30am.

Prizes and awards will be presented to 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in the categories below.

• Caregory 9 Male 35-45 years
• Category 10 Female 35-45 years
• Category 11 Male 46-55 years
• Category 12 Female 46-55 years
• Category 13 Male 56-60 years
• Category 14 Female 56-60 years
• Category 15 Male 61-65 years
• Category 16 Female 61-65 years
• Category 17 Male 66 years +
• Category 18 Female 66 years +

TEAMS
Team entries are available for the following;

• Parent & Child (U12 years) 2 entrants only
• Parent & Child (Open Age) 2 entrants only
• Primary School Team(Minimum of 3 runners. Can be of any number. The first 3 across the finish line decide placings)

No late entries on the day for teams. Please email the race organiser by Friday 20 May 2011 if you want to enter as a team. Team awards will be presented to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

FINISHER REWARDS
All entrants will receive finishers medallion and certificate after your run on the day.

PRESENTATIONS
Presentations will start on stage at Blacktown Olympic Park at approximately 10.30am.

FOOD & REFRESHMENTS
BBQ food and refreshments will be available at Blacktown Olympic Park from 7.00am until 11.00am.
